Reporter Garrett Brnger of WICS ABC 20 was having trouble finding humans to interview about an Illinois-area water rate increase, so in an act of desperation he settled on the next best thing: a cat. What did the cat have to say about the matter? See below:

Hm ... I guess cats, like humans, don't really care about water prices either. My question is, if Brnger is so interested in water, why not interview a fish instead? 

Maybe the cat ate all of them.
