I am Antonio Stango, the founder and the Secretary General of the Italian Helsinki Committee (since 1987), member of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights. I am the founder and editor-in-chief of "La Nuova Frontiera" (International Human Rights and Security Review) and of the "Osservatorio sulla proliferazione delle armi e delle tecnologie militari" (Arms & Military Technologies Proliferation Watch).
