Brian is a freelance writer with an MS in journalism from Columbia University. He likes composing compelling stories and convincing arguments, sort of like Plato. Before coming to New York City, Brian was an editorial intern at Byliner.com, where he proofread like a machine and drank great beer in San Francisco. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012 with a BA in philosophy and a minor in professional writing.
