Dena Ogden is a women’s lifestyle commerce writer for Bustle Digital Group, where she writes round-ups about all the products you didn't know you needed. Previously, she was an identity writer for Romper, focusing on the experience of millennial parenthood. Her byline can also be found on various sites including The Atlantic, Refinery29, HelloGiggles, Mapquest, Mommy Nearest, Stacker, and more. Dena attended the University of Washington, where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and Communication. Outside of Bustle, she also writes contemporary fiction, and has multiple novels at various stages of completion in the works (some are even finished, she swears). She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family. When she’s not writing and overpouring her coffee, she can be found going down various internet rabbit holes, indulging in nerdy papercrafts, and trying to come up with ways to make '90s boybands relevant again.
