Ezekiel Chang is currently working as a health actuary at Blue Shield of California. He is an active member of the American Academy of Actuaries, as well as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Previous to working for Blue Shield, he worked as an actuary at Anthem Blue Cross specializing in pricing for Medicare Advantage and Part D. He graduated cum laude from Yale University c/o 2003 with a joint M.S./B.S. in Mathematics.
