Dr. Gerard Emershaw is a libertarian freelance writer, philosopher, and licensed New York attorney. He grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Wilkes University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. He has earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
