Nada is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she received degrees in International Relations and Arabic. From 2010 to 2011, she participated in an intensive language program abroad in Egypt and Morocco, with support from an NSEP Boren Scholarship. While in Egypt she also worked for a local civil society organization. She is a recipient of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship.
