Nicola is an Editorial Fellow and will be working with Mic for two months. She is the Middle East Correspondent of the German newsmagazine DER SPIEGEL, usually based in Tel Aviv covering crisis and conflict. Previously, she has worked as a Political Correspondent in Berlin and as a Multimedia Storytelling Developer. She is into feminism and cats and can be reached at nicola@mic.com
