Selfies with Olympic gymnast Simone Biles have become highly coveted status symbols in the world of social media. The Olympic closing ceremonies were delayed last week because so many people wanted to fulfill their dreams of snagging one. At the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, where Biles and her #FinalFive crew introduced the Best Female Video award, one lucky audience member was able to score a photo with the Rio superstar: a woman named Kim Kardashian West, who posted a selfie to her Snapchat story Sunday night.

Who is this mystery fan? An internet investigation reveals that Kardashian West is something of a selfie aficionado. She is known in some circles for releasing a book titled Selfish, which is a collection of selfies.

Biles was kind enough to give Kardashian West a shoutout on Twitter, which will surely help lend some much-needed exposure to the fledgling author-photographer.

This isn't the first time Biles has accommodated the selfie request of a doting fan. During the Rio Olympics earlier this month, she posed with a young man from Los Feliz, California, named Zac Efron, and even gave him a little peck on the cheek.
