The Scariest Thing This Halloween: The Tea Party Launches a "News" Network

This Halloween, a new website graced the internet, the Tea Party News Network (TPNN), claiming to offer the only “real news” on the internet.

The site will officially launch Thursday morning, though it is already live, and will produce live video commentary and analysis beginning on election day. The creators self-describe TPNN as "the only trusted news source and the antidote to mainstream media bias," providing readers with an alternative form of biased coverage to follow.

With current headlines reading “Benghazi coverup worse than Watergate,” and “Obama Campaign Wants to Know: Are You a Virgin?” you can be rest assured you will get “real news” from the “real news” network.

Todd Cefaratti, editor of the Tea Party News Network, shared the philosophy behind the new website: "There are plenty of news websites out there, but there isn’t one that caters directly to Tea Party conservatives, providing activists with coverage and opinion that matters to them. The Tea Party News Network changes that.”

"We don’t need our supposed betters in the mainstream media telling us which stories matter or what we should think,” continued Cefaratti. “We don’t mindlessly mimic the talking points of Washington leaders. The Tea Party movement now has a home for news it can trust."

If you are ready to trust TPNN with you heart and mind, you may be interested in their live election night coverage which will focus upon Tea Party favorites like Ted Cruz, Allen West, Michelle Bachmann, and Mia Love.
