State of the Union 2013: Balanced Approach to Curb Health Care Costs

Obama is now focusing on the economy and deficit reduction.  Recognizing that health care is the largest driver of the debt in the United States, Obama has moved on to outline key issues that need to be addressed.

As opposed to making constant spending cuts, Obama has really emphasized a balanced approach to the issue.  Pushing for a bipartisan approach, Obama expresses the need to "set aside partisan politics" to address a balance of spending cuts and tax reforms.

I don't think Boehner has clapped once during this speech...
